What to include
For order questions, share your order number and checkout email. Describe the issue and send relevant photos by email if an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Never send passwords, card security codes or a full payment card number.
Returns and order changes
Request cancellation or an address change as soon as possible. We can accommodate a request only before fulfillment begins; once packing or dispatch preparation has started, changes may no longer be possible. Successfully canceled orders have no cancellation fee. We issue refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or sooner where required by law. After dispatch, our return policy applies. Contact us before posting a return. Our registered business address is not automatically the return destination.
Tracking assistance
Use the carrier link in your dispatch email. Contact us if tracking is missing, stalled or shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found.
