Payment methods
Use the payment methods offered in Shopify checkout for your order and destination. We do not ask you to complete a normal website order by sending payment outside checkout.
Total cost and currency
Check the displayed currency, item prices, shipping, discounts and taxes before confirming payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Handling payment details
Payment services process credentials under their own terms and notices. Support does not need your full card number, security code or password. Check that the website address is lumsqesriv.com before entering payment details; no online system can promise absolute security.
Declines or duplicate charges
If payment fails, check your details or contact your provider. If you see a charge without an order confirmation, contact support before retrying. Temporary authorizations may take time to settle or disappear.
Refunds
Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds that do not require a return are issued within 5–10 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional posting time. Any shorter legally required deadline takes precedence.
