Seller and scope
The seller is Beijing Runze Xinghui Technology Co., Ltd.. These terms concern purchases; website use is covered by our Terms of Use. Shipping, returns, payments and privacy have separate pages. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
Ordering
Provide accurate information and review checkout before paying. You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization. Order acknowledgment confirms receipt; if availability, verification or a listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you and refund unfulfilled goods. Materially different substitutions require agreement.
Product details and prices
Read the selected variant, specifications, care and compatibility information. Display settings may affect colors, but goods must match their material description. Currency and charges appear before payment. Future price changes do not change accepted purchases; errors are handled through communication and appropriate cancellation or refund.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains tracking, delays, import charges and delivery issues.
Cancellation
Request cancellation or an address change as soon as possible. We can accommodate a request only before fulfillment begins; once packing or dispatch preparation has started, changes may no longer be possible. Successfully canceled orders have no cancellation fee. We issue refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or sooner where required by law. After dispatch, our return policy applies.
Returns and refunds
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with original packaging, included parts and accessories. Customers pay return shipping for these returns. No restocking fee applies. Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds that do not require a return are issued within 5–10 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional posting time. Any shorter legally required deadline takes precedence. Faulty, wrong or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing here excludes non-waivable warranties, liability or remedies. Interruptions outside reasonable control do not automatically remove refund rights. Contact support first to seek a resolution; this does not require surrendering access to courts, regulators or payment-provider remedies. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence.
